The fund manager, VELIGERA CAPITAL OÜ that registered its activities with the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority (09.05.2022), announces the opening of subscription to the Alternative Investment Fund VELIGERA CAPITAL VC001, established in the Republic of Estonia in the form of a limited partnership fund with registration number 16525466, according to the provisions of the Alternative Investment Funds Law, Investment Funds Act (IFA), also under the Securities Market Act (SMA), Money Laundering And Terrorist Financing Prevention Act (MLTFPA), International Sanctions Act (ISA), and the Regulation (EU) 2017/1129.
